How the evidence is handled.
What we research.
The directory covers businesses licensing or selling existing operating records: workflows, communications, CRM histories, project files and related organizational datasets. It excludes expert-job compensation and consumer personal-information selling. Public seller routes were inspected, not submitted or tested end-to-end.
Claims are not receipts.
Published compensation, security statements and timelines are attributed provider descriptions. They are not audited payouts, inspected security reports or guaranteed seller offers. We did not find independently audited ordinary operating-business payout evidence in this research. Specialized seller partnership announcements corroborate a relationship, not typical small-business income.
Unknown means not established.
A null in the JSON snapshot means a term was not established in the inspected sources. We never convert that into zero fees, global acceptance, nonexclusive terms or a safety guarantee. Source dates refer to inspection on 13 October 2026, not source publication dates. Contact/legal addresses are labeled separately from operational HQ and seller geography.
Directory seller-fit filters.
Only micro1’s published 30+ employee threshold and Handshake’s 20+ full-time employee / 3+ operating-year thresholds drive size/history filtering. Replay’s advertised bands are not a hard minimum. Matching these numeric thresholds is provisional, not full qualification. Other providers’ numeric criteria remain unknown and can be included or excluded separately; silence never means acceptance or rejection.
Amounts and stages stay separate.
Advertised ranges and tiers preserve their unspecified period and USD context rather than becoming annual rates. Response, valuation, accepted delivery and payout are separate stages. The Troveo agreement URL returned 404; indexed clauses—including an alleged revenue-share percentage—are excluded from verified current terms.
Comparison indexing.
All 91 unique unordered pairs are accessible; all currently remain pending review, noindex, follow and excluded from the sitemap. There are no recorded pair approvals. Indexing requires an explicit pair-matched approval with a named reviewer, exact current scenario texts and no unresolved identity or term conflicts. Approval and supporting inspections must be valid, non-future dates no more than 90 days old at build time; inspection must precede or match review. For both providers, data fit, eligibility, compensation, fees, payment timing, workflow and privacy must be nonempty published or advertised facts, with exact value/status snapshots and field-linked, current primary sources whose inspection dates match the registry. Unknown, stale, conflicting or unavailable evidence fails the gate. Compensation and fees require a reviewed three-letter currency code, or not-applicable for nonmonetary descriptions. At least two distinct supported field contrasts must be reviewed. Changes to facts or scenarios invalidate approval. This is an editorial evidence threshold, not a seller rating or guaranteed qualification; other unknown contract details remain visible. Reverse URLs redirect to the alphabetically ordered slug. The static build does not monitor sources or expire live pages automatically; freshness is re-evaluated on rebuild, with no scheduled automation.
Independence and corrections.
This site does not accept dataset uploads, collect samples or negotiate deals. There are no fabricated seller reviews, trust scores or affiliate payout rankings. Current pages can change: confirm material terms with the exact contracting entity and independent legal counsel before sharing even a sample. The downloadable snapshots include the source URLs and evidence gaps so corrections can be traced.
